Terms and Conditions

We do our best to fairly represent our products. Please make sure to always check dimensions and in some rare cases allow for some slight colour variations.

Delivery

All our lampshades are made to order with a the lead time of approximately 4-6 weeks. The lead time for bespoke orders are currently 8 weeks. If you need a quicker turnaround, do get in touch at as we will always do our best to accommodate you.

Please ensure your delivery address at the checkout is correct as this is the address it will be shipped to. We are unable to change the address shown from the payment method to prevent fraud.

You will receive a dispatch notification once your order is en-route. We currently post Monday-Friday and shipping times are approximately 3-5 days.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order you must do this within 7 days of your purchase, by emailing us at hello@hueandshades.co.uk

Returns

To arrange a return please request a refund by e-mailing us at hello@hueandshades.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Please reuse the packaging which you received your order in and send returns to the address outlined in your returns email . Return postage is covered by the buyer. We recommend you send your parcels back via a recorded and tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process your return and refund your item minus the original delivery cost. Depending on your payment method your refund may take 3-5 working days to show in your bank account.

Bespoke orders cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items

All items must be checked upon receipt of delivery. If your item is damaged, defective or not as ordered please notify us at hello@hueandshades.co.uk within 72 hours and we will exchange or refund the item for you. When emailing please include a photograph of the damaged/faulty item, and a description of the fault.

Please do not attempt to fix the item of your own accord or via a third party as this may affect your entitlement to a refund, compensation or reimbursement. If the item is deemed faulty or the wrong item is shipped we will refund your postage cost in this instance.

As all items are made to order, a replacement may incur a lead time.
